Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Senior/Architectural Technologist with experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
- MCIAT qualification (or working towards).
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and technical detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
