Monday -Friday | 0830-1800 | Weekend on, weekend off with days off during the week

Saturday hours: 0830-1700 | Sunday hours: 1000-1600

£20,000 starting off. Once accredited salary will increase to £23,000
OTE £51,000-£53,000PA.


Interaction is recruiting for a Sales Executive for our clients company that supply new and used cars based in Northampton, NN5 as one of the biggest motor groups in the UK.



Working in the Customer Service department, demonstrating internal and external customer service excellence. You will be joining a long-established organisation that has continue to expand and evolve.



Key Role Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing all elements of the Sales Experience, in accordance with the expected methods/standards.
  • Maintaining all records in a complete and accurate manner.
  • Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area.
  • Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of customers are delivered upon and demonstrate alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy.
