Clover Talent is proud to partnered with a fast-growing Business Finance Brokerage based in Northamptonshire. Our business partner is looking to recruit a Head of Property Finance to lead and drive a new division.

With access to 185+ specialist lenders, our business is partner is launching a dedicated Commercial Property Finance division, covering Bridging, BTL, Development, Commercial Mortgages. We're looking for the right person to lead it from day one.

This is a rare chance to get in early and help build something big. You'll hit the ground running, closing warm inbound deals across Bridging, Development, BTL, and Commercial Mortgages. But it’s more than just deals, you’ll shape the strategy, grow the team and scale the whole thing around you.

Responsibilities of the Head of Property:

  • Engage a warm pool of 1,200+ existing customers to uncover property finance opportunities
  • Handle high-intent inbound enquiries and convert them into funded deals
  • Focus on deal flow across short-term lending, investment property finance and commercial borrowing
  • Set the groundwork for a high-impact specialist lending function
  • Take ownership of daily operations, client engagement, and the full sales journey
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on direction, team build-out, and structure
  • Bring in, support, and lead new team members as the division scales

Experience required for the Head of Property position:

  • 3+ years working in the property finance space, more specifically bridging, development, buy-to-let, or commercial deals
  • A strong track record of smashing personal targets and delivering results
  • Some hands-on leadership or team management experience (1-2 years)
  • A commercially sharp mindset, you know how to spot opportunities and drive performance
  • Bags of energy, self-motivation, and the ambition to build and scale something from day one
