We are recruiting for Production Operatives for a client based in Northampton. You will be joining our client on a Temp basis recieving full training. This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job.

Location: Northampton

Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm

Pay Rate: 14.42 - 15.30 per hour

Duties:

  • Safe & efficient operation of the extrusion and pelletising line in line with company procedures and product requirements.
  • Loading the Extrusion Machine and removal of the finished product.
  • Set & adjust machine controls including start up and shut down processes.
  • Identify & record non-conformance, defects & production failures.
  • Basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Extruder run time.
  • Material produced per shift (KG PP Pellets) reporting.
  • Completion of check forms & defect reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Previous experience in a production environment is essential - bespoke training will be provided!
