SF Recruitment are recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our client who uphold the highest standards and levels of craftsmanship and design in the creation of hand-made shoes and boots. The role is based in Northampton and is on a day shift with an early finish on a Friday.
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join our shoeroom Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoe finishing
o Working with various different styles, antiquing, staining, and polishing
o Cleaning marks and checking overall shoes in pairs
o Following ticket instructions to ensure the correct colours and polishes are used
- Department
o Work as part of a team and on an individual basis to ensure targets are met.
o Able to priorities work to meet production needs.
o Flexible to change dependant on department or factory needs.
o Able to communicate to Team Leader any issue impacting your work.
o Highlight any quality issue as they occur.
o Ability to be trained.
