Production Operative

26,500 + shift premium (6-month FTC)

We're recruiting for Production Operative to join a world-renowned automotive engineering business in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in producing and inspecting high-quality components that go into some of the most advanced automotive and motorsport applications in the world.

This is your chance to be a part of a company with a global reputation for performance engineering. You'll be trained to use a range of manual machines and hand tools, working on specialist processes such as broddle, rosler and super-finishing cranks. Every part you touch contributes to projects where precision and quality are everything. The role offers a great shift premium alongside there earlies and lates shift pattern (Monday - Friday) over a 6-month fixed term contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating manual tools and machines
  • Carrying out in-process inspection
  • Sub-assembly work and laser etching parts
  • Performing balancing and super-finishing of cranks


What's required:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • experience with hand tools / machinery would be desirable
  • Previous inspection experience (advantageous)
