Location: Northampton
Salary: 14.73 - 15.33 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, Rotational Shifts (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established printing company in Northampton who are seeking a Machine Operator to join their production team on a permanent basis.
The Role:
Operating slitting machines to support production requirements.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Supporting with end-of-line packing duties as required.
Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the production process.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
About You:
Previous hands-on experience with machinery or within a production environment is highly desirable.
A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Flexible to work on a rotational shift pattern (06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00).
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
