The Labourer Operative position offers a basic salary of £106 per day, excluding overtime, and is a temporary ongoing role with potential for permanent employment.
This position is based in Northampton but involves work across the UK for a family-run business specializing in temporary buildings and structures.
Candidates must possess a UK Driver's License and at least one relevant ticket, such as PASMA, Counterbalance Forklift, or CSCS, among others.
No prior experience is required, although candidates with a construction background or relevant tickets will be preferred.
The role includes a 40-hour contract with potential for overtime, and additional daily allowances for expenses when working away from home.

This type of work will require you to be working outside and to assist the team with the construction of these structures. The teams each have a fully equipped company van to access locations of work.Labourer OperativeExperience? No Experience needed however would be suitable for someone from a construction or industry background within a similar field of work, and/or if you have tickets or if you have a keen interest in getting into the construction industry.Labourer OperativeHours:

Our client offer’s a 40-hour contract with a minimum of 1 unpaid hour of lunch per day however due to the nature of the work they are looking for candidates dedicated and able to work as a team to complete projects so they may require people to stay onsite later
Overtime hours worked over 40 hours in midweek are paid at a 1.25 rate
Hours worked on a Saturday are 1.5, hours worked on a Sunday and bank holiday are 2.0.
In addition to the per hour rate, they offer a daily allowance of around £7.05 for expenses, and when staying overnight you will be given a stop out allowance or around £12.00 per night away (Dinner/Lunch included)
