Class 2 Night Driver

Class 2 Night Driver – Pineham, Northampton
Location: Pineham, Northampton
Pay:  £19.05 - £20.73  + £500 Retention Bonus
Hours: Minimum 9 hours per shift – Night Work
Type: Ongoing / Temp to Perm

We’re recruiting experienced Class 2 Night Drivers for our client based in Pineham, Northampton. This role involves store-to-store deliveries across 5–6 locations per shift. You’ll be delivering a mix of big cages and pallets, with unloading required – sometimes supported by a Driver’s Mate.

What you’ll be doing:

• Store-to-store night deliveries (multi-drop – 5 to 6 stores)

• Handling large cages and pallets

• Unloading stock (assistance provided at times)

• Completing all necessary paperwork and vehicle checks

• Maintaining high driving and safety standards

Shift details:

• Minimum 9 hours per shift

• Night work – start times to be confirmed

• Occasional weekend work required

• Full assessment required before starting

What we’re looking for:

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence

• CPC & Digi Tacho Card

• Previous store delivery experience is essential

• Good understanding of load security and manual handling

• Reliability and a positive attitude
