Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and highly regarded company based in Northampton. Since its founding in 2009, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-specification fit-outs and construction projects across the UK and Europe, known for their commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team within a modern joinery manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture bespoke joinery items to specification and schedule
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ensure all work is completed on time and in line with project deadlines
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its strong reputation

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds / Advanced Craft in Joinery or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience
• Proficient in working with a range of materials including:
• Solid timbers
• Sheet materials
• Laminates
• Veneers
• Solid surfaces
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Preferred Experience:

• Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
