Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join a well-established and highly regarded company based in Northampton. Since its founding in 2009, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering high-specification fit-outs and construction projects across the UK and Europe, known for their commitment to quality, creativity, and innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team within a modern joinery manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture bespoke joinery items to specification and schedule
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ensure all work is completed on time and in line with project deadlines
- Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its strong reputation
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 / City & Guilds / Advanced Craft in Joinery or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
- Proficient in working with a range of materials including:
- Solid timbers
- Sheet materials
- Laminates
- Veneers
- Solid surfaces
- Strong understanding of joinery techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred Experience:
- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
