Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Carpenter/Multi Trade for a 3-month contract in the Northampton area with a well-established social housing contractor.
The role involves working on the voids team within domestic properties, with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.
Key responsibilities include carpentry, maintenance plumbing, patch plastering, patch tiling, and working with UPVC windows and doors.
Candidates must have a Full UK Driving License, their own tools, relevant qualifications, and industry experience to be considered.
The position offers weekly payments and the potential for long-term work, with an immediate start available.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area to work for well-established social housing contractor, on a 3 month contract. This position is working on the voids team within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
UPVC windows and doors

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have a Full UK Driving License
Have their own tools
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Have relevant industry experience

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will receive:

Company van and fuel card included
Weekly payments
Long term work
Immediate start
