Joiner Cabinet Maker Wanted Location: NorthamptonHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00Salary: Competitive rates of pay (dependent on experience)We are currently seeking experienced Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join our skilled team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional environment where quality craftsmanship is valued and rewarded.Key Responsibilities:Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry and furniture from technical drawingsOperate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficientlyInstall fitted furniture including kitchens, wardrobes, shelving units, and bespoke joineryMeasure, cut, and shape wood and other materials with precisionEnsure all work meets the required quality and safety standardsCollaborate with the workshop team and site fitters when requiredRequirements:Proven experience as a Joiner or Cabinet Maker (minimum 3 years preferred)Ability to read and work from technical drawings and cutting listsHigh attention to detail and excellent craftsmanshipStrong knowledge of materials and woodworking techniquesReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team or independentlyWhat We Offer:Competitive rates of pay based on experience and skillRegular working hours with a strong work-life balance (Mon-Fri, 8am–4pm)Opportunity to work on high-end, custom projectsSupportive and skilled workshop environmentIf you're a dedicated and experienced professional with a passion for quality joinery and cabinetry, we’d love to hear from you.
