A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our clients based Northampton for a Head Chef to work in the kitchen of their busy country pub. The pub is a popular venue all year round with both indoor and outdoor seating in summer months. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will lead the kitchen team preparing meals using fresh and seasonal products. The GM is looking for a organised and competent Head Chef who is able to perform full kitchen management duties. The role is 48 hoiurs per week.

The Role
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal produce
- Serving large volumes of guests each week
- Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
- Preparing meals for service
- Kitchen Management duties - paperwork, ordering , GP
The Person
- You will already be an experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef on promotion
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Experience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally with with high volumes
- Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
