- Qualifying and converting inbound leads into long-term clients
- Having engaging, consultative conversations with business owners to understand their finance needs
- Making proactive outbound calls to offer tailored finance solutions
- Representing the company at face-to-face meetings, trade shows, and networking events
- Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
- Working to realistic KPIs with full support and guidance
- Offering regular service reviews to clients and cross-selling where possible
- Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding your customers and their business challenges
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role (finance background a bonus but not essential)
- Confident and clear verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude
- Skilled at spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and takes a consultative approach
