Trade Marketing Manager

Are you a creative marketer with a passion for brand growth in the luxury and premium retail space? This exciting role puts you at the heart of trade marketing, driving brand presence and sales through innovative campaigns and strong retailer relationships.

This is a field-based position with monthly travel to national trade partners, alongside regular access to offices and experience centres in Northampton and London. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, delivering high-impact strategies that connect with customers, inspire trade partners, and boost revenue.

The Role

  • Be the subject matter expert for the luxury and premium electrical retail market in the UK & Ireland.

  • Support sales and retail teams with marketing materials, assets, and promotional plans to drive growth.

  • Create trade communications including product updates, asset launches, and price lists.

  • Increase brand visibility through targeted media and social campaigns, particularly in key markets.

  • Enhance the end-user brand experience via trade channels.

  • Attend networking events to generate leads and strengthen trade relationships.

  • Deliver and report on the annual trade marketing plan, maximising ROI.

About You

  • Proven experience in trade or B2B marketing, ideally in the luxury or premium retail sector.

  • Track record of boosting brand presence and delivering results.

  • Skilled in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • Strong relationship management skills with trade partners, agencies, and media owners.

  • Excellent project planning and marketing tool proficiency (CRM, analytics, project management software).

  • Clear, confident communicator with strong written skills.

  • Knowledge of brand management, consumer engagement, and digital trends.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

The Details

  • Hours: 37.5 per week

  • Location: Field-based with monthly national travel to Northampton and London

  • Start Date: September 2025
