Sunday to Thursday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift starts Saturday night)
Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift starts Monday night)
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Machine Minder to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Set up machines accurately according to the product specifications
Monitor production and packaging processes to ensure consistent output
Maintain clear lines with only one type of packaging at a time
Ensure all materials and components are ready to prevent downtime
Perform regular compliance checks (e.g. camera, date code, verification)
Accurately record machine downtime and report to the Line Coordinator
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Good numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to work safely and adhere to Health & Safety practices
Calm and focused under pressure
Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or warehouse environment is beneficial, but not essential full training provided
