- Proactively generate and follow up with leads via direct messages, email, and phone
- Engage with new enquiries and previous clients in a warm, polished manner
- Qualify leads and guide them toward the most suitable services (in-clinic and online)
- Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
- Collaborate with the clinic team to support seamless bookings and client experiences
- Share feedback on sales conversations, including objections and opportunities
- Deliver confident, elegant, and well-aligned communications consistent with the brand
- Warm, articulate, and confident communicator—both written and verbal
- Experience in luxury client service, wellness, aesthetics, or a similar sector
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to follow a process and achieve targets
- Highly self-motivated, discreet, and able to work independently
- A genuine belief in wellness, skin health, longevity, and the value of elevated experiences
