Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Children’s Residential Home. You will support the management team in leading and supervising a team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.

This role operates on a variable shift pattern across all 7 days of the week, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. A fixed shift pattern is not available, so flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care staff on shift

  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and positive development of children in your care

  • Support the implementation of care plans and behaviour management strategies

  • Assist with staff supervision, handovers, and daily reporting

  • Promote a nurturing, supportive, and structured environment
