As the Building Safety Manager, you will be:
- Responsible person for the day to day management of the building safety programme for the high-rise properties
- Ensuring the properties are in line with the Building Safety Act and compliance regulations
- Develop and maintain building safety cases and risk assessments for the high-rise buildings
- Managing the building inspections programme and the remedial actions
Experience and qualifications:
- Level 4 qualification in building safety, fire safety, or housing-related compliance
- NEBOSH or IOSH or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Order 2005
- Managing building safety and fire risk across domestic properties
