What you’ll be great at
  • Connecting with people – Confident in conversations across phone, email, face-to-face meetings, and video content for social media.

  • Managing multiple priorities – Comfortable juggling tasks, leads, and relationships simultaneously.

  • Building strong relationships – Regularly engaging with vendors, buyers, and developers to create opportunities.

  • Working collaboratively – Partnering with colleagues across the branch to generate referrals and maximise results.

  • Taking ownership – Proactively driving your KPIs, generating new leads, and nurturing existing clients.

  • Being camera-ready – Presenting yourself well on video to reach and engage wider audiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate and grow your own client base while maximising in-branch opportunities.
  • Follow up on warm leads from the estate agency team and convert them into business.
  • Work closely with admin, compliance, and training teams to ensure smooth processes for clients.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to completion—always going above and beyond.
Working hours
  • Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am–5:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
  • Office-based, full-time role
