About the Role:

As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll manage a busy shared inbox, respond to enquiries and issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the shared inbox, ensuring client emails are responded to promptly and effectively.

  • Communicate with clients via phone and email, delivering a high level of service at all times.

  • Work with internal departments to resolve queries, escalating issues where necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting and performance tracking.

  • Contribute to SLA measurement and reporting for finance and resources.

  • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to internal processes and the overall client experience.

We’d Love to See:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational abilities and a high attention to detail.

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
