About the Role:As a Client Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. You’ll manage a busy shared inbox, respond to enquiries and issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor and manage the shared inbox, ensuring client emails are responded to promptly and effectively.

Communicate with clients via phone and email, delivering a high level of service at all times.

Work with internal departments to resolve queries, escalating issues where necessary.

Maintain accurate records to support reporting and performance tracking.

Contribute to SLA measurement and reporting for finance and resources.

Proactively identify and suggest improvements to internal processes and the overall client experience.

1-2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities and a high attention to detail.

Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
