We’re looking for enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Advisors for a Retail Bank.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers following a specific written communication—ensuring they’ve received it and are taking the necessary steps toward the desired outcome.

Start Date: September 2025

End Date: 4 month contract, with extensions

Location: Northampton (3 days a week onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Compensation Overview

Traditional Daily Rate: £140

Agreed Contract Rate (ACR): £107.46

Illustrative Equivalent Annual Salary: £27,938.57

Illustrative Equivalent Monthly Salary: £2,328.21

Illustrative Equivalent Monthly Holiday Pay: £281.00

Illustrative NET Pay: £2,194.4 (Includes holiday paid upfront)

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will involve:

- Making outbound calls using a dialler system to follow up on customer mailings.

- Managing queries to resolution or escalating them following established protocols.

- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.

Requirements for Success:

- Confidence in handling a high volume of outbound calls with a focus on quality.

- Previous Outbound call centre experience

- Previous Financial Services experience

- Strong time management skills and adaptability to meet customer needs effectively.

- Ability to work within governance and time-sensitive frameworks.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

- Call Centre and customer service experience within a similar role
