Duties

Inbound customercalls relating toqueriesaround the delivery of their goods
Speaking with delivery drivers,scheduling their next drop and or confirming arrival at acustomers location
Booking indeliveries with customers
Writing emails to customers
Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query
