The One Group have had the pleasure of working with this client for the last few years, recruiting new members to their team due to growth, with recent news of new contracts with some of the largest household brands they are now looking to have a new member to their very friendly and vibrant customer service team!

What your day will look like?

  • Handling incoming enquiries from customers via phone and email.
  • Order processing and working with customer portals.
  • General administration required within the day to day of this role.
  • Escalate any issues or complex queries where needed.
  • Building customer relationships.

The ideal person for this role will have experience in a customer service based role with ideally some experience with SAP, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a close knit team.

Salary & Benefits: £25,000 - £26,000, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, this role is on site with a hybrid work option after probation.
