- Arranging meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation
- Log, track and respond to internal and external mail
- Managing diaries and appointments for contractors and surveyors
- Processing and check contractor invoices for approval
- Raising purchase orders and maintain financial and stock records
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data systems and reports
- Supporing performance monitoring and provide statistical reports
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focused approach
- Experience managing data, supporting performance and working closely with the wider team
- Proficiency in using IT systems
