Responsibilities:
- In this Payment Specialist role, you will play a key part in retaining and acquiring new clients. Your day will involve a variety of tasks focused on building strong client relationships.
- Contacting existing business customers to identify their needs and offer tailored payment solutions
- Retaining key clients through excellent customer service and proactive relationship management
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
- Contributing to team initiatives and contributing to process improvements.
