Simply Education is looking for an Experienced QTS Reception Teacher to join a school in Northampton. We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our team. Seeking to support, inspire and lead our brilliant children, the successful candidate will be motivated with a drive to support the children's personal and academic progression.

The Role:

  • Teach well-structured lessons and ensuring you are following the school plans and curriculum's
  • Assess and monitor learning and achievement of the pupils
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the individual learning needs of the pupils
  • Demonstrate subject knowledge
  • Make a positive contribution to the ethos of the school
  • Provide cover in circumstances that teachers are unable to teach
  • Promote safeguarding and well being of the students
  • Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and carers
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people following the school procedures and polices

The successful candidate:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably Reception
  • Be confident in delivering high-quality lessons and using assessment data effectively
  • Be committed to supporting pupils' well being and holistic development
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
