The School and Role;
This is an all-age special school catering to pupils aged 4 to 18 with a wide range of learning needs. These include moderate to severe learning difficulties, speech, language and communication needs, medical conditions, and autism. The school also has a specialist autism provision for all age groups. You will be supporting pupils throughout their educational journey, so flexibility is essential. You must be happy to work from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm across any age group within the school.
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
- Experience of working with school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of SEMH pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
