Aspire People are recruiting for a busy special educational needs school located in Northampton and are looking to recruit fantastic Teaching Assistants to work in the primary phase. Early years, Primary, or SEN experience will be welcome, however a 'can do' approach and willingness to actively join in are an important asset that you will bring to the school. The successful candidate will strive to give all pupils the best education support.At Aspire People, our TA posts are suitable for those who are passionate about working with pupils who have special educational needs and making a real difference to their lives. Previous experience would be desirable but not essential but your willingness to learn is vital to your success.About you· Excellent interpersonal skills and you relate to children and young people.· A good understanding of and demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs· Practical experience or sound knowledge of children with autism in the classroom· Ideally good basic Level 2 English and Maths or demonstrating equivalent experience · A good team playerWe also welcome applications from experienced candidates or those who are starting out their career and are willing to learn and grow within the school.
