Our client is seeking a dedicated and experiencedDeputy Managerto join theirresidential children's homein Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and driven professional to play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home

  • Support and mentor staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained

  • Ensure compliance withOfsted regulationsand safeguarding procedures

  • Contribute to care planning and behavioural management strategies

  • Lead by example, creating a safe and nurturing environment for young people


Requirements:
  • Experience in aresidential children's homesetting

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills

  • Good knowledge ofOfsted requirements and safeguarding procedures

  • Level 3 Diplomain Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it

  • Passion for making a positive impact on young peoples lives
