Electrical Maintenance Engineer required immediately to join our high-performing client based in Kettering. If you're passionate about keeping complex machinery running smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is your chance to power up your career.

Your Role:
* Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults across high-speed production lines
* Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
* Collaborating with mechanical engineers and production teams to resolve issues quickly

What You Bring:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
* Proven experience working on production lines
* Strong fault-finding skills and knowledge of PLCs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work continental shifts (days and nights)
