Position: Junior Electrical Service Engineer

Location: Northampton with travel to customer sites

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 based on experience

Junior Electrical Service Engineer required a design and installer of ventilation systems across several industries including Aerospace, Motorsport, Education sector, Defence, Nuclear, and Renewables. Responsible to the Service Manager and Operations Director, the role is to support the Fitting team with installation of industrial bespoke extraction systems as well as electrical control systems.

• Assist with installation, maintenance and testing of extraction and electrical control systems on customer's premises.
• Electrical fault-finding of control systems
• Completing documentation relating to completed works
• Maintaining stocks of standard parts and spare parts on the company vehicle.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment used are maintained in good working order.

• A knowledge of electrical controls systems and fault-finding is essential
• An understanding of LEV systems or industry qualifications such as BOHS 601 certification is desirable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Based in a commutable distance of Northampton, and willing to travel to customer sites
• Full UK driving License

• Starting salary 30,000- 35,000
• Monday to Thursday 08.00-17.00 and Friday 08.00-15.00
