Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organisational change and restructuring?

We're working with a well-established organisation undergoing significant transformation, and they are looking for a HR Business Partner - Change Management to join their team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a short period of time.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on delivering restructuring projects across the organisation. You will:

  • Lead and support both collective and individual consultation processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to shape and implement change initiatives
  • Coach and guide people managers through consultation and change delivery
  • Ensure legal compliance and HR best practice throughout
  • Support employee engagement and minimise risk during transition
  • Influence structure, selection pools, and organisational design
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong experience in change management, restructures, and employee consultation
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR policy
  • Ability to confidently challenge and influence at senior levels
  • Experience working with union/employee representatives (desirable)
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
