  • Provide high-level, confidential support to the Joint MD
  • Organise meetings, manage calendars, travel, emails, and expenses
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders
  • Minute-taking and follow-up actions from meetings
The person:
  • Experience supporting a Company Director or MD
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/ PA (Personal Assistant)/ Secretary 
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • Discreet, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing varied tasks
