My client is a medium sized charity based in Northampton who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant full time.
Description
- Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings for directors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
- Prepare and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Organise and manage events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and filing systems.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector is desirable.
- Can commute to Northampton.
