The One Group is assisting with the recruitment for a brilliant, well known brand who have a global reach they are now looking for a new member to their operations team.

This role is temporary to permanent role, you will be joining the team as an Operations Coordinator.

What your day will look like:

  • Coordination of contracts for the internal sales support team, ensuring good communication with the UK sales team to ensure correct delivery and collection of products to customer sites.
  • Fleet administration, liaising with sales team ensuring compliance with DVLA legislation.
  • Use of the companies SAP system, ensuring timely and accurate processing of information, updating product details and ensuring they are allocated the correct customer.
  • Keeping external teams aware of upcoming deliveries ahead of customer visits.
  • Updating maintenance reports for internal teams.
  • Logging and resolving of invoice issues on SAP.
  • General day to day administration use of spreadsheets where needed.

To be apart of this great team you will need office based customer service or admin experience, ideally experience of using SAP, great communicator and have high attention to detail.
