Finance Business Partner

The Accountancy & Finance Division at The ONE Group is currently recruiting for a qualified and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join my clients' growing Finance team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, budgeting, and business partnering - helping drive insight, performance, and process improvements across the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver the annual budget process, including detailed GL-level budgets, cashflow and balance sheet forecasts
  • Review monthly management accounts, providing analysis, commentary and challenge on variances and spend
  • Maintain 12-month rolling cashflow forecasts and prepare monthly reporting with clear insights
  • Review and manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations, highlighting risks or opportunities
  • Prepare and critically assess VAT and CIS returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business, delivering accurate, relevant reporting and financial insight
  • Support finance-led projects and help identify process improvements
  • Assist with audit preparation and support junior team members where required

What We're Looking For

  • Fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
  • Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of VAT (and ideally CIS)
  • Demonstrated business partnering experience
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills
  • Effective communicator, confident working cross-functionally

Desirable:

  • Background in multi-entity or multi-site organisations
  • Prior experience in a dedicated FP&A or business partnering role
