We’re looking for a qualified Paraplanner to join our well-respected team based in Moulton Park, Northampton. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with Directors and Advisers in a truly collaborative environment, offering long-term development, technical exposure, and real impact with some of our most HNW clients.

?? Position DetailsLocation: Moulton Park, NorthamptonSalary: Attractive and based on experienceWork Model: Office-based with potential flexibilityReporting to: Business ManagerHours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00

  • Friday: 09:00 - 16:00

  • Flexibility required to meet business needs

??What You'll Be DoingAs Paraplanner, you’ll provide essential support in delivering complex financial advice. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and liaising with HNW clients on technical matters

  • Preparing cash flow forecasts and retirement income plans

  • Conducting in-depth research and producing suitability reports

  • Maintaining and reviewing technical templates and tools

  • Responding to client and internal technical queries

  • Delivering internal training and ensuring team compliance with changing regulations

  • Designing spreadsheets/tools for investment analysis

  • Optional client-facing responsibilities: fact-find updates and annual reviews

?? What We’re Looking ForEssential:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • 1+ years qualified paraplanning experience

  • Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and taxation

  • Clear and professional communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Desirable:

  • Chartered status (or working towards it)

  • AF1, AF7, AF8 or equivalent qualifications

  • Knowledge of SSASs, SIPPs, Drawdown, BPR/EIS, and Trusts
