Are you looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a truly child-centred nursery setting? Aspire People are excited to be supporting a vibrant and welcoming nursery in Northampton, in their search for enthusiastic Bank Nursery Practitioners to join their team on a flexible, as-needed basis.
About the Setting:
This unique, open-plan nursery is built on the principles of child-led learning and exploration. Children move freely between spaces, discovering the world through curiosity, creativity, and play. Whether it's a spontaneous bug hunt in the garden, water play in the sunshine, or messy art indoors, the nursery provides a stimulating environment where no two days are alike.
As bank staff, you'll be stepping in to support the permanent team when needed - covering staff absences, busy periods, or extra hands-on-deck moments. You'll have the chance to immerse yourself in the nursery's playful, inclusive ethos without committing to a set rota.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Flexible, reliable practitioners happy to work on an ad-hoc basis
* Energetic, proactive, and confident in supporting children across different age groups
* A passion for outdoor play and creative learning
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
* SEND experience is desirable, but a genuine interest in inclusive practice is equally valued
*
This role is perfect if you're newly qualified and seeking experience, or if you're an experienced practitioner looking for flexibility and variety in your work.
How to Apply:
Please send your CV or contact Charlotte at Aspire People on (phone number removed).
