- Leading and developing a team of Customs Declarants
- Managing people confidently and fairly — handling disciplinaries, appraisals, and day-to-day support
- Ensuring customs processes are compliant and timeframes are met
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service
- Liaising with internal departments and international partners
- A proven track record in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Experience within logistics, transport, or warehouse operations (essential)
- Confident handling performance management, appraisals, and staff development
- Customs experience is desirable but not essential — full training can be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach
