Are you passionate about nurturing the curiosity, creativity, and confidence of young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a large primary school based in Northampton to teach a Reception class.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.

Maintain accurate records of children's progress and use assessments to inform planning and interventions.

Create a stimulating classroom environment rich in learning opportunities.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years education.

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
