Are you passionate about nurturing the curiosity, creativity, and confidence of young learners? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a large primary school based in Northampton to teach a Reception class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

  • Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development.

  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and use assessments to inform planning and interventions.

  • Create a stimulating classroom environment rich in learning opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early years education.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
