Duties of a Head of Finance
In this role, you will be working as part of the senior leadership team to deliver financial stewardship and align financial strategy with wider business goals. Reporting to the board, you will be responsible for:
· Leading the financial strategy across multi-entity and multi-currency businesses
· Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
· Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
· Implementing cost control measures and driving efficiency
Skills and Experience of a Head of Finance
As a Head of Finance, you will need to have experience with:
· Managing senior-level finance functions in manufacturing or industrial environments
· Overseeing multi-entity, multi-currency financial operations
· ERP systems and advanced financial modelling in Excel
It would be beneficial to the Head of Finance role if you also had:
· Experience with M&A transactions and post-deal integration

· An MBA or similar post-graduate business qualification
