Role OverviewAs an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function by providing efficient and accurate administrative support across the employee lifecycle. You'll be a key support to the HR team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities*Provide administrative support for all HR-related activities*Maintain accurate employee records using the Oracle HR system*Prepare contracts, offer letters, and other employment documentation*Support the processing of payroll changes by liaising with HRSC*Assist with absence management, including tracking and reporting*Respond to queries and escalate where necessary*Support HR projects and initiatives, including engagement and wellbeing activities*Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation*Liaise with internal departments and external providers as requiredSkills & Experience Required*Previous experience in an HR administrative role (ideally within construction or infrastructure)*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionWhat We Offer*Competitive salary up to £27k*Supportive and inclusive working environment*Commitment to wellbeing and flexible working - 9-5 Monday to Friday with an hour lunchIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
