- Process customer orders, acknowledge them promptly, and keep customers informed about the shipping dates and any updates.
- Handle direct customer inquiries via phone, email, or web, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams as necessary.
- Manage and process returns and credits as requested by customers.
- Conduct outbound customer service calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide daily support to the sales team, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and prioritising requests based on urgency and importance.
- Adhere to and help evaluate the Company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain effective.
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues, promoting a positive image of the Company and striving to deliver superior customer service.
- Confident and assertive telephone manner with the ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all sales transactions meet customer needs and are processed accurately.

- Ability to organise workload independently, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintain an organised workspace.
- Proficiency in MS Office software to support administrative functions.
