Sales CoordinatorWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to the sales team to ensure excellent service delivery.Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process customer orders, acknowledge them promptly, and keep customers informed about the shipping dates and any updates.
  • Handle direct customer inquiries via phone, email, or web, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams as necessary.
  • Manage and process returns and credits as requested by customers.
  • Conduct outbound customer service calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide daily support to the sales team, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries and prioritising requests based on urgency and importance.
  • Adhere to and help evaluate the Company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain effective.
  • Collaborate professionally with colleagues, promoting a positive image of the Company and striving to deliver superior customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Confident and assertive telephone manner with the ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring all sales transactions meet customer needs and are processed accurately.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills for professional and accurate administrative support.
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to organise workload independently, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and maintain an organised workspace.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software to support administrative functions.
