A leading UK advisory and accountancy network - recognised for its fast-paced growth and modern approach to business support - is on the lookout for a Tax Manager to join their thriving team based in Northampton. What You'll Be Doing:In this dynamic and varied role, you'll work across both compliance and advisory projects. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, lead on corporate tax matters, and drive opportunities for tax planning across the wider firm. Your remit will include:

  • Delivering corporate tax compliance and contributing to advisory work
  • Partnering with tax and client service teams across multiple locations
  • Identifying tax opportunities and leading client planning conversations
  • Supporting junior team development and knowledge sharing
  • Managing WIP, billing, debtors, and assisting with departmental budgets
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal tax queries
  • Helping shape and expand the overall tax advisory offering

What We're Looking For:You'll need to bring a confident, client-focused approach, and the ability to operate both autonomously and as part of a wider team. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years' experience in tax within an accountancy practice (corporation tax focus)
  • ACA / CTA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing teams and direct client relationships
  • A commercially minded, proactive approach to delivering work and spotting opportunities
  • The ability to travel to other regional offices when needed
