Salary: £32,000Â

Hours: 37.5 hour working week
Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive
- Using an existing database of prospective clients to call for new customer acquisition.Â
- Cold calling from an extensive database.
- Identify and create opportunities via referrals and data mining.
- Develop product knowledge on electronic equipment.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to create new opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements for a successful Telesales Executive
- Previous sales and cold calling experience.Â
- Resilient under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with confidence in completing cold calls.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
