- Assess warranty claims on Company systems and liaise where required with car dealerships via telephone and email.
- Analyse all data received from car dealerships ensuring that all data is in order using the correct processes.
- Find all relevant data and identify clearly the reasons for accepting, amending or rejecting a claim.
- Administer the necessary documentation to support any warranty claims.
- Keep track of all data onto the computer system.
- Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role within a franchised/main dealership is essential.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to build strong relationships with manufacturers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
