Graphic Designer Wanted: Bring Your Vision to Life at the Heart of Cricket

We’ve partnered with Northamptonshire County Cricket Club to find a talented Graphic Designer to join their team full-time (37.5 hours per week). This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to see their work come to life across stadium screens, social media, print, and more.
Important: Candidates must live locally to Northampton and be able to work on-site every day. Remote or hybrid working is not available for this role.

Who we’re looking for:

A visual storyteller with at least 2 years of design experience

Someone who can share a portfolio of past work

Passionate about sports, events, or just great design
What you’ll be creating:

Digital content for web, social media, and email

Print assets like posters, brochures, and signage

Cohesive branding across all club visuals

Eye-catching artwork that communicates clearly and powerfully
You’ll also:

Collaborate across departments to develop creative ideas

Be the lead in-house designer for all visual output

Coordinate with printers and external suppliers to ensure quality production

Handle multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
Skills and tools you’ll need:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

A keen eye for detail and layout

Confidence presenting ideas and taking feedback

Strong organisational and time management skills
