  • Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
  • Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
  • Assisting with data protection compliance, and
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals.

This is a role that will grow with you, and youll also have the opportunity to work on projects in conjunction with our Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Property teams. (Most of our teams being recognised by Legal 500).

On top of that, youll have first-class support from their award-winning Marketing Team, to assist with business development opportunities.

Many of their current partners trained with the firm and progressed to Head of Team or Board member positions, so the opportunities really are there for promotion.

You'll also be an integral part of the firm, potentially having a say in budgets, recruitment, input to marketing, business development, and the overall strategy for developing your chosen market.
